Platform Overview

EBO SYSTEM has a public website, platform admin portal, tenant portals, active modules, tenant branding, notifications, smart chat, meetings, and role-based access.

Admin Portal

Platform admins manage tenants, module subscriptions, billing, payments, branding, admin users, settings, and audit logs from the public schema.

Tenant Portal

Tenant users work inside their company workspace with dashboards, module menus, internal users, permissions, chat, calendar, and operational records.

Quick operating rules

For platform admins

  • Create or edit tenants from the admin portal.
  • Activate only the modules that a tenant has paid for or is trialing.
  • Use tenant branding to set company colors and logos.
  • Review subscriptions, invoices, payments, and audit logs regularly.

For tenant admins

  • Create internal users from the tenant portal.
  • Grant module permissions only to staff who need them.
  • Keep user contact details and roles up to date.
  • Use chat, meetings, notifications, and dashboards for daily coordination.
