User guide

A practical guide for tenant users and tenant admins.

This page explains the normal daily flow inside EBO SYSTEM. Tenant admins can use it when training new employees or helping users understand the sidebar, modules, permissions, chat, meetings, and notifications.

Step 1

Open your company subdomain, enter your username or email, then use the secure password reset flow if you cannot access your account.

Step 2

Use the dashboard

Check active modules, workspace status, calendar events, upcoming agenda, notifications, and daily operational cards.

Step 3

Open modules

Use the sidebar dropdowns to open module sub-pages such as CRM contacts, HCM attendance, finance invoices, or legal matters.

Step 4

Collaborate

Use Smart Chat, AI assistant, meetings, announcements, and notifications to keep work moving inside the tenant workspace.

Tenant admin tasks

Managing users and module access

Tenant admins can create internal users and control which active modules each person can use. This keeps sensitive areas such as Finance, Legal Practice, and HCM limited to the correct staff.

Create a user

Go to Users, create the person, add their contact details, and set whether they are active.

Grant permissions

Open the user profile and assign only the modules and permission levels they need for their work.

Review access

When someone changes department, leaves the company, or gets new responsibilities, update or disable their access immediately.

Daily workflows

Smart Chat and AI

Use Smart Chat for tenant conversations and support messages to EBO admins. Use the AI assistant to ask for summaries, reports, or guidance based only on modules available to the tenant.

Meetings and Calendar

Create meetings, invite tenant users, join video rooms, and track events from the dashboard calendar and meeting pages.

Notifications

Notifications alert users about approvals, announcements, meetings, assigned work, messages, billing actions, and module events.

Reports and Documents

Use the relevant module pages to generate records, export data, create PDF documents, send emails, and review reports.

Good habits

Keep passwords private and use password reset instead of sharing accounts.

Confirm that you are working inside the correct tenant/company portal before adding records.

Update records as work happens so dashboards, reports, and notifications stay accurate.

Ask a tenant admin for access when a module does not appear in your sidebar.
